The production process of large-volume injections (large infusion) is an important part of the workshop design. The production process generally includes the preparation of raw and auxiliary materials, concentrated mixing, dilution mixing, packaging material processing (bottle washing, rough washing, fine washing, etc.), filling Sealing, sterilization, light inspection, packaging and other processes. The containers for infusion include glass bottles, polyethylene plastic bottles, composite films, etc., but the production process is different for different packaging containers. The infusion process of composite membrane, glass bottle and plastic container and the division of environmental area are shown in the following figure.
